3rd Annual Fishing for a Cause Cornhole Tournament

Fishing for a Cause is a non-profit organization focused on raising funds to help local handicap and disabled children. All donations go to qualifying families to help support the child with the necessities they may need to develop their skills and abilities.

Please join us as Fishing for a Cause embarks on its next fundraising effort, the 3rd annual Cornhole Tournament! We are graciously asking for your support to participate in the event by registering to play, sponsor this event, or donate a basket, gift certificate or monetary donation for the basket raffle. Together, we will make a difference in the lives of these children.

Congratulations to all the winners! I wanted to thank everyone who came out today andcall our sponsors for making this a successful event!

The 2023 fall classic is in the books! The areas largest benefit bass tournament to support the Fishing for a Cause Foundation had 22 boats show up despite the rainy weather. While the weather was a bit on the wet side, a few teams showed out to bring nice bags of bass to the scales.

Fishing for a Cause Annual Cornhole Tournament 2023

Join Fishing for a Cause as we embark on our next fundraising effort! We will be hosting a corn hole tournament on May 20th at the Breslau Fire Hall. We’re asking for your help by becoming a sponsor of the event. As a sponsor you will receive recognition on our sponsor banner, our Facebook page and your name/business will be recognized by way of promotional pamphlets and announcements at the tournament.

Help us in our endeavor to help a child excel while putting a fishing pole in their hand and a smile on their face!

90% Payout (based on 50 boat maximum)

Fall Classic 2022

Bassmasters 2022

The 2022 fall classic is in the books! 31 boats showed up to support the Fishing for a Cause foundation. The weather was beautiful but the fishing was tough with only four boats bringing in a five fish limit. In the end it was the team of Shaun Kucharski and Duane Deno with 17.87lbs of smallmouth for the win!

  • 1st: Shaun Kucharski, Duane Deno 17.87
  • 2nd: Joe and Joey Pacholec 16.96
  • 3rd: Justin Kublis, Matt Davis 16.50
  • 4th: Bob Reesey , Jon Kite 11.45
  • Lunker\: Justin Kublis with a 4.58lb smallmouth.

Congratulations to all of the winners and thank you all the anglers who came out to support the Fishing for a Cause foundation.

Thanks to local Bassmasters Elite angler Jonathan Kelly for donations of Wiley X sunglasses and takle pack.
